1. The Service

Rivalo is a competitor monitoring service that allows users to submit product or competitor website URLs for automated monitoring.

Rivalo may retrieve information from third-party webpages, including product names, prices, stock or availability information, and changes to that information.

The Service operates using automated systems, and monitoring results may not always be complete or accurate.

2. Accounts

You agree to:

• provide accurate information when creating your account;
• keep your login credentials secure;
• not share your account in a way that compromises its security;
• notify Rivalo if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization; and
• use Rivalo only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

3. Email Verification and Notifications

Rivalo may require you to verify your email address before certain notification features are enabled.

If you enable email notifications, Rivalo may send messages relating to your account, email verification, monitored products, price changes, stock or availability changes, and other Service-related events.

You can disable optional email notifications through your account settings.

4. Monitoring Third-Party Websites

Rivalo retrieves information from websites operated by third parties.

You are responsible for the websites and URLs you submit to Rivalo and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and applicable rules, policies, and terms governing those websites.

You must not use Rivalo to:

• overload, disrupt, or attack a third-party website;
• circumvent security controls, access restrictions, authentication systems, or technical protections;
• obtain information that you are not legally entitled to access;
• interfere with the operation of third-party services;
• conduct unlawful monitoring or data collection; or
• otherwise abuse Rivalo's automated monitoring capabilities.

5. Monitoring Accuracy

Rivalo relies on automated webpage retrieval and detection. Monitoring results may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or unable to detect a change.

You should independently verify important pricing, availability, or business information before relying on it.

6. Availability of the Service

Rivalo will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service failures, infrastructure failures, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Rivalo to:

• violate applicable law or regulation;
• infringe another person's intellectual-property or other rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to Rivalo or its infrastructure;
• interfere with Rivalo or its infrastructure;
• transmit malicious software;
• abuse automated monitoring capabilities;
• bypass usage or security restrictions; or
• use Rivalo in a manner that creates unreasonable technical, legal, or security risks.

8. Intellectual Property

Rivalo's software, interface, branding, design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Rivalo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You retain rights to information and content that you lawfully provide to Rivalo.

9. Your Data

Rivalo processes account and Service data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Rivalo may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account violates these Terms, is being used unlawfully, creates a security or technical risk, or is being used to abuse Rivalo or third-party websites.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rivalo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Rivalo makes no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rivalo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

Rivalo may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be removed or restricted.
